44x666 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Rights & Obligations

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "44x666", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the 44x666 platform accessible at 44x666.org, operating under an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "Platform" refers to the 44x666 website, all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated gaming services offered through 44x666.org.
• "Member", "Player", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 44x666 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on 44x666.org, through which gaming activity, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency supported natively on the 44x666 platform.
• "EasyPaisa" and "JazzCash" refer to the respective Pakistani mobile wallet services supported as native payment methods on 44x666.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered to Members by 44x666 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process that every 44x666 Member must complete before withdrawal privileges are activated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the 44x666 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 44x666 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all markets, including Pakistan. No exceptions are made to this requirement under any circumstance.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations may not register as Members.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of 44x666 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national law and where access to 44x666 has been restricted accordingly.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 44x666 Account. Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order through 44x666's Responsible Gaming programme or any affiliated responsible gambling scheme at the time of registration.

By completing the registration process on 44x666.org, you warrant that you meet all of the above criteria. 44x666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.1 Registration Process

To create a 44x666 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number for two-factor authentication. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account at the time of discovery.

3. Account Management and Security

Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their 44x666 Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to their registered Pakistani mobile number. You must not share your Account login details with any third party under any circumstances.

44x666 strongly recommends that Members enable two-factor authentication, use a strong and unique password not shared with other online services, and log out fully after each session — particularly when using shared devices in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or any other location.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 44x666 immediately by contacting our support team. 44x666 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

3.1 KYC Verification

All 44x666 Members must complete KYC identity verification before making their first withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo identification document such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport; (b) proof of residential address dated within the last three months; and (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your EasyPaisa or JazzCash account details. 44x666 may request additional documents at its discretion. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

44x666 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, and supported debit cards. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Cashier page of your 44x666 Account at the time of transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the Cashier page.
• Processing Time: EasyPaisa and JazzCash deposits credit to your 44x666 Account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• Currency: All transactions on 44x666 are conducted in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied to EasyPaisa or JazzCash deposits.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 48 hours.

44x666 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Deposits received from third-party payment sources will be refunded and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

Members may request withdrawal of their available account balance — excluding any locked Bonus funds — at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on active Bonuses.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within five minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days.
• Withdrawal Method: Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not possible, 44x666 will contact the Member to agree on an alternative.
• No Withdrawal Fees: 44x666 does not charge any fees on standard PKR withdrawals to EasyPaisa or JazzCash. Fees charged by the Member's bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 44x666's control.

44x666 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals and large-value transactions. During the verification period, the withdrawal request will remain in a pending status. Members will be notified of any documents required to complete verification.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

44x666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made and to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a 44x666 Account are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the Bonus. Unexpired Bonus balances and associated pending wagering requirements that remain unsatisfied at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification, are in good standing, and have not previously been found in breach of these Terms & Conditions. 44x666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, collusion, or any other attempt to circumvent the spirit of the promotional terms.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 44x666 platform — including slots, live dealer table games, virtual sports, and the cricket and sports sportsbook — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game or betting market. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

All casino game outcomes on 44x666 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used on 44x666 are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories to ensure genuine randomness and statistical fairness. 44x666 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In relation to sports and cricket betting, odds are set by 44x666 at its sole discretion and may change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked in. 44x666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been opened or settled in error, or where a result is the subject of an integrity investigation by a relevant sporting body.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44x666 platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different name, on the same device, household, or payment method.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI systems, or any other software to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit gaming outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which 44x666 offers betting markets.
• Using the 44x666 platform to launder money or conduct any other form of financial crime. All suspicious transaction activity is reported to appropriate regulatory and law enforcement bodies.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 44x666 Account.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a valid deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering.

9. Responsible Gaming

44x666 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment for all Members. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 44x666 Members through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. 44x666 will display a notification and, where the limit is reached, end your active session automatically.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your Account remains open but you cannot deposit or participate in gaming activities.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 44x666 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-excluded Member may not reopen their Account or register a new Account during the exclusion period.

10. Privacy and Data

44x666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Personal data collected during the registration, KYC, and transaction processes is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes. 44x666 does not sell personal data to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44x666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the 44x666 platform.

44x666 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. 44x666 will not be liable for any gaming activity lost or disrupted during periods of unavailability.

44x666's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their 44x666 Account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination and Suspension

44x666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) the Member is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Member's continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of 44x666; (c) 44x666 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency; or (d) the Member has provided false or misleading information during the registration or KYC process.

Where an Account is closed due to a Member's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 44x666's discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting 44x666 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within two business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

44x666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 44x666 will notify Members by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the 44x666.org homepage. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which shall not be less than seven days from the date of notification except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 44x666 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which 44x666 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 44x666's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution as determined by 44x666's licensing authority.

Before initiating formal dispute resolution proceedings, Members must first raise the matter with 44x666 customer support and allow a period of 30 days for internal resolution. 44x666 is committed to resolving Member disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.
